CBLT Provides Details of Debt Conversion

CBLT PROVIDES DETAILS OF DEBT CONVERSION

Burlington, ON. October 10, 2017. CBLT Inc. (the “ Company ” or “ CBLT ”) (TSXV:CBLT)

announces an arm's length creditor of the Company h olding $6,023.52 of debt in the aggregate

has agreed to convert the debt into Common Share Un its, which would result in the issuance of a

total of 75,294 Common Share Units (the “ Debt Conversion ”).

Regulatory approval will be required for the Debt Conversion.

CBLT continues to build its impressive portfolio of assets in mining-friendly jurisdictions,

including its main Sudbury gold/cobalt asset, Dryde n Cobalt, Otto Lake, Chilton Cobalt, Geneva

Lake, Ryliejack and Mikayla.
