CBLT ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS
(Burlington, ON. September 1 2, 2 023) CBLT Inc . (CBLT: TSX -V) (“CBLT” ) announces its
board of directors, pursuant to CBLT’s option plan, has granted 2,150,000 options to members of
its board of directors and to consultants . The options have a five year term with a strike price of
$0.05, vesting immediately.
