CBLT Announces Close of Flowthrough Financing

CBLT ANNOUNCES CLOSE OF FLOWTHROUGH FINANCING

(Burlington, ON February 1, 2024 ) CBLT Inc . (CBLT: TSX -V) (“CBLT” ) announces it has

received conditional approval for and closed a “flow through” financing consisting of 500,000

units (each, a “Unit”) from treasury. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common

share purchase warrant with a st rike price of $.06 and a term of two years , and is subject to a

hold period of four months and a day. The price of each Unit is $0.05, for gross proceeds to

CBLT of $25,000. The use of proceeds is to advance one or more of CBLT’s mining exploration

properties in Canada. No finders fees were paid and no insider participated on this transaction.
