(Burlington, ON. August 4 , 2 023) CBLT Inc . (CBLT: TSX -V) (“CBLT” ) announces the

resignation of Jessica Daniel, P.Geo, from its board. Ms. Daniel has been a director since 2018,

and is resigning to pursu e another venture. The shareholders thank her for her invaluable

contributions and wish her well on her new journey.
