Champion Bear Reverses Granting of Share Options

CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 23, 2018 -- CHAMPION BEAR RESOURCES LTD. (CBA.V) ("Champion Bear" or the "Company")

has reversed the granting of share options previously announced on February 22, 2018 to acquire an aggregate of 2,826,417

common shares of Champion Bear to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company.  The Company intends to re-

grant these share options in the coming weeks.
