Champion BEAR Grants Share Options

CHAMPION BEAR GRANTS SHARE OPTIONS

CALGARY, Alberta, March 27, 2020 -- Champion Bear Resources Ltd. (" Champion Bear " or the " Company") has granted

options to acquire an aggregate of 588,698 common shares of Champion Bear to the Company's President and a Director (at

an exercise price of $0.12 per share until March 27, 2025).  The options replace 303,698 previously exercised options on

December 4, 2019 and 285,000 options previously issued, which expired on March 8, 2020.

The options vest as to one-third thereof on each of the six, 12 and 18 month anniversaries of the date of the grant.
