Champion Bear Grants Share Options

CALGARY, Alberta, April 09, 2018 -- CHAMPION BEAR RESOURCES LTD. (CBA.V) ("Champion Bear" or the "Company")

has granted options to acquire an aggregate of 1,500,000 common shares of Champion Bear to certain directors, officers and

consultants of the Company (at an exercise price of $0.15 per share until April 5, 2023). 600,000 options were allocated to the

Company's President, 175,000 options were allocated to the Company's Chief Financial Officer, 600,000 options were

allocated to one of the Company's directors, and 125,000 options were allocated to one of the Company’s consultants.

The options vest as to one-third thereof on each of the six, 12 and 18-month anniversaries of the date of the grant.
