SMOOTH ROCK ISSUES STOCK OPTIONS

March 1, 2019 - Smooth Rock Ventures Corp. (“Smooth Rock” or the “Company”) (TSX.V SOCK)

has granted 2,500,000 incentive stock options to certain officers, directors, consultants and employees of

the company to purchase up to a total of 2,500,000 common shares of the company at a price of $0.075 per

common share for a period of five years.

The stock options are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and the approval of the TSX

Venture Exchange.
