SMOOTH ROCK ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

June 15, 2018 - Smooth Rock Ventures Corp. (“Smooth Rock” or the “ Company”) (TSX.V SOCK)

is pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Company`s Annual Meeting held on June 13 ,

2018, were approved by the shareholders.

Two incumbent directors, being Mr. Jeffrey Cocks and Mr. Chris Hobbs, newly nominated director, Mr.

Michel David, were elected for the ensuing year. All other resolutions were unanimously passed at the

Annual meeting.
