SMOOTH ROCK ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

May 3, 2019 - Smooth Rock Ventures Corp. (“Smooth Rock” or the “Company”) (TSX.V SOCK) is

pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Company`s annual general meeting (“ AGM”) held

on May 2, 2019, were approved by the shareholders.

The following three incumbent directors were re-elected Jeffrey Cocks, Chris Hobbs and Michel David.

Following the AGM , the board of directors re -appointed Jeffrey Cocks as CEO and President and Chris

Hobbs as CFO and Corporate Secretary. Eric Falardeau was also appointed and joined the Company’s

board of directors.
