News Release of June 24, 2020
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 26, 2020 – CAT Strategic Metals Corporation (CSE –
CAT) (CAT or the “Company”). Further to the Company’s news release of June 24, 2020 regarding
a consolidation of the Company’s shares on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for
every ten (10) pre-consolidation shares, Management and the Board of Directors have
decided, upon further consultation with key stakeholders , not to proceed with any consolidation
at this time.
