ABCANA TERMINATES QUALIFYING TRANSACTION

Abcana Capital Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it has terminated the letter agreement dated July 5, 2013 with IRG Exploration & Mining Inc. and IRG Capital Corp. (see press release dated July 12, 2013. Abcana will continue to review other acquisition opportunities with a view to complete a qualifying transaction. Trading in the Abcana common shares is expected to recommence in the next week.
