(Formerly, Titus Energy Corp.) (the “ Company” or “ Free Battery”) is pleased to announce that it has
engaged Corporate Minds Financial Ltd. to provide accounting and corporate secretarial services to the
Company.
In connection with this engagement, the Company has appointed Mr. Geoff Balderson as Chief Financial
Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Balderson brings extensive experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and public
company management, having served as an officer and director of numerous publicly traded companies
across various industries. He is the president of Corporate Minds Financial Ltd., which provides financial
reporting, corporate governance, and administrative services to public issuers.
The Company looks forward to benefiting from Mr. Balderson’s expertise as it advances its business
strategy and strengthens its corporate governance practices.
The Company further announces the resignation of Kyle Appleby as Chief Financial Officer and the
resignation of David Shisel as a director effective immediately. The Company wishes to thank both of Mr.
Appleby and Mr. Shisel for their contributions during their tenures and wish them the best in their future
endeavours.
