Canadian Uranium Closes Private Placement

CANADIAN URANIUM CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia – December 30, 2025 - Canadian Uranium Corp. (CSE: CANU) (the
“Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated November 20, 2025, the
Company has closed its non-brokered private placement (the “Offering ”) of 4,000,000 common shares
(each, a “Share”) at a price of $0.25 per Share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000.00.
All Shares issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day
from the issuance date.
In connection with the closing of the Offering, $64,000 was paid in cash as a finder’s fee.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for the second assignment fee, for
exploration work on the Company’s exploration properties and for general working capital.
