CANADIAN URANIUM ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR AND AGM RESULTS
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 2, 2026 - Canadian Uranium Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: CANU;
FWB: A41WE6 ; OTCQB: CANUF ) is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the
Company’s shareholders held on June 2, 2026 (the “ Meeting”) shareholders voted in favour of, and
approved, all items of business.
All matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, including: (a) the
appointment of TZR LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year; (b) approval of the Company's
omnibus equity incentive plan; (c) setting the number of directors at four; and (d) the re -election of Geoff
Balderson, Edward Marlow and Binyomin Posen as directors of the Company and the election of Michael
Williams as a new director.
Mr. Williams joins the Board as Yazeed Esnan did not stand for re-election at the Meeting. The Board would
like to thank Mr. Esnan for his valuable contributions and service to the Company and wishes him continued
success in his future endeavours.
Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the mining industry and has
extensive experience in the structuring, administration and marketing of Toronto Stock Exchange -listed
companies. He has served as Executive Chairman of nu merous public companies, including Underworld
Resources Ltd., which was acquired by Kinross Gold Corp. for approximately $138 million. Mr. Williams
has developed an international banking and financing network that includes extensive relationships with both
institutional and retail investors and has raised significant capital for advanced exploration and development
projects. He currently serves as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vendetta Mining Corp.
and Vortex Metals Inc., and as Executive Chairman and Founder of Aftermath Silver Ltd.
