SUPREME METALS ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF NAME AND

STOCK TICKER SYMBOL CHANGE

Sudbury, Ontario – August 7, 2020 - Supreme Metals Corp. (the “Company” or

“Supreme”) (CSE: ABJ) (FSE: A68) is pleased to announce that it expects the corporate name

change to “Canadian GoldCamps Corp.” and new ticker symbol “CAMP” to take effect on August

12, 2020 at the open of trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company’s ISIN and

CUSIP numbers will change to CA1358701037 and 135870103 respectively.

The Company believes that the proposed name change and new ticker symbol better reflects the

Company’s forward-looking plan to build a diversified portfolio of exploration properties including

projects in historical gold producing areas of Canada.

No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding

share and warrant certificates are not affected by the name and ticker symbol change and do not

need to be exchanged.
