COLONIAL COAL ANNOUNCES NEW CFO AND CORPORATE SECRETARY APPOINTMENT

Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Thursday, December 9, 2021 – Colonial Coal International Corp.

(TSX-V: CAD) (the “ Company” or “ Colonial”) is pleased to announce the appointment of

Andrea Yuan as the Company’s new interim Chie f Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

(“CFO and Corporate Secretary”) effective immediately (the “Appointment”).

Ms. Yuan’s Appointment comes about as a result of the recent resignation, for personal reasons,

of Matthew Anderson as the Company’s CFO and Corporate Secretary. The Company thanks

Mr. Anderson for his prior years of service and wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.
