Bayridge Announces Change in Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 4, 2024 – Bayridge Resources Corp. (CSE:BYRG) (“Bayridge” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Patience Pachawo as the chief financial officer (“CFO”) and corporate secretary (“CS”) of the Company. Ms. Pachawo has taken over the CFO and CS roles at the Company from Brijender Jassal and Stephanie Sharma, respectively. Mr. Jassal continues to serve as a director of the Company.
