DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Vancouver, BC – November 28, 2025 – Quest Critical Metals Inc (“Quest” or the

“Company”) (CSE: BULL, OTC: DCNNF, FSE: DCR0) announces the appointment of

Wayne Tisdale as a Director and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective

immediately.

Mr. Tisdale is an accomplished resource financier and exploration-focused company

builder with more than four decades of experience founding, funding, and advancing

mineral projects.

The Company also announces the resignation of Kelsey Chin as Chief Financial Officer

and Corporate Secretary of the Company in order to focus on other endeavours. The

Company wishes to thank Ms. Chin for her support and dedication over the years.
