(BTU.H-NEX) is pleased to report that trading of its common shares will resume on the TSX

Venture Exchange effective at the open on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 under the symbol "BTU".

Further to its news release on June 16, 2017, the Company updates that the securities issued

under its private placement of Units at FT Shares, as well as the 900,000 common shares

issued pursuant to the option agreement pertaining to the Shakespeare Property, are subject to

a hold period expiring on October 16, 2017.
