C$1,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Bitterroot Resources Ltd.’s (symbol BTT, TSX-V) plans to issue up to 20,000,000 units in a non-
brokered private placement. The units are priced at C$0.05, consisting of one common share and
one half of a common share purchase warrant exercisable at C$0.10 for two years. The Company
may choose to accelerate the expiry of the Warrants if the 20-day volume weighted average trading
price of the Common Shares of the Issuer on any public stock exchange is greater than $0.20 per
Common Share.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used for drilling at Bitterroot’s 100% -owned
Nighthawk Gold/Silver Project in Nevada and for general working capital. Subject to TSX -V
approval, the securities issued pursuant to the financing will be subject to a four-month hold period
under applicable securities laws.
