Blue Sky Uranium Corp.

announces a non-brokered private placement (the
"
Offering
") for gross proceeds of up to
$1,020,000
from the sale of up to 17,000,000 units of the
Company (each, a "
Unit
") at a price of
$0.06
per Unit. Red Cloud Securities Inc. will be acting as a
finder in connection with the Offering.
Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a "
Common Share
") and one
common share purchase warrant (each, a "
Warrant
"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to
purchase one Common Share at a price of
$0.075
for a period of 36 months following the issue date
of the Unit.
The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for general working capital.
Closing of the Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all
necessary approvals, including but not limited to, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"
TSXV
"). Directors, officers and employees of the Company may participate in a portion of the
Offering. Finder's fees will be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSXV. The securities
issued under the Offering will be subject to a hold period ending on the date that is four months plus
one day following the date of issue in accordance with applicable securities laws.
