announces that the Company has appointed
Nick Demare
to its board of directors. Mr. DeMare, a Chartered
Professional Accountant, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities
regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare also serves as an
officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of British Columbia
and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of
British Columbia
.

Warrant Extension
The Company further announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of the outstanding
warrants as follows:
24,906,588 that are set to expire on
June 11, 2020
to be extended to
June 11, 2022
. These warrants were originally issued
under a private placement completed by the Company in
June 2018
.
The exercise price of the warrants will remain at
$0.30
. Each whole warrant, when exercised, will be exchangeable for one
common share of the Company.
The amendment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV").
