BRS Resources and Cariboo Rose Provide an Update on Drilling at the Cowtrail Copper-Gold

Project

Vancouver, BC – September 17, 2025 – BRS Resources Ltd. (“BRS” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: BRS) and

Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (“Cariboo Rose”) (TSX-V: CRB) are pleased to report on the progress on

the Cowtrail project located in southcentral British Columbia approximately 15 kilometers southeast of

Imperial Metals Corporation’s operating Mt. Po lley Mine and contiguous with the Woodjam and

Redgold copper-gold porphyry projects owned by Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSX-V: VCU). Four diamond

drill holes totaling 1,100 meters were completed in August. Three of these holes were drilled to the full

limit of available drill rods which was 350 meters in lithologies logged as diorite, quartz monzonite

and andesite which were variably altered and mineralized. No assay results have yet been received.

Reconnaissance drill testing of extensive induced polarization anomalies in 1997, 2004, 2008, 2011 and

2023 indicate a vector of mineralization trending to the southwest beyond the area tested. The current

(2025) program is in an area called the Lea Lake Zo ne where previous drill intercepts include 0.15%

copper and 0.11 g/t gold over 105.0 meters, 0.17% copper and 0.11 g/t gold over 40.0m and 1.16 g/t

gold over 18.3m (see Cariboo Rose’s news release of February 20, 2024).

J.W. (Bill) Morton, P.Geo., a director of BRS and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101, has reviewed and

approved the technical content of this release.
