BRS RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES LISTING AND TRADING OF ITS
COMMON SHARES ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE
VANCOUVER, BC – August 29, 2024 – BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the “Company” or “BRS”), a
mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that its common shares (the “Shares”) have
been approved for listing (the “ Listing”) on the Canadian Secu rities Exchange (the “CSE”). The
Shares will commence trading on the CSE as of market open on September 3, 2024, under the
symbol “BRS”. In connection with the Listing, the Comp any has filed its listing statement dated
August 26, 2024 with the CSE and the applicable se curities regulatory authorities. A copy of the
listing statement is currently availa ble under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ and will be
available on the CSE website upon Listing.
