BRS RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCING ENTRY INTO AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH

CARIBOO ROSE RESOURCES LTD.

VANCOUVER, BC – April 15, 2026 – BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the “ Company” or “ BRS”), (CSE:

BRS), a mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an amending

agreement dated April 10, 2026 with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. to the option agreement dated

December 19, 2022, as amended February 13, 2024, December 11, 2024 and December 15, 2025,

whereby the parties agreed to: (i) decrease the ca sh payment due December 19, 2026 from $70,000 to

$30,000, decrease the cash payment due December 19, 2027 from $100,000 to $40,000 and add a cash

payment due December 19, 2028 of $100,000; (ii) decrease the share issuances due December 19, 2026

from $50,000 to $30,000, decrease the share issuances due December 19, 2027 from $50,000 to $30,000

and add a share issuance of $40,0 00 due December 19, 2028; and (iii) decrease the expenditure due

December 19, 2026 from $500,000 to $450,000, decrease the expenditure due December 19, 2027 from

$900,000 to $450,000 and add expenditures of $500,000 due December 19, 2028.

BRS RESOURCES LTD.

BRS is a mineral exploration company focussed on th e identification, evaluation, and acquisition of

mineral exploration properties located in Canada and the United States and once acquired, the

exploration of those properties. BR S’ principal property is the Cowtrail Property, which is currently

in the exploration stage. The Cowtrail Property consists of 32 minerals claims covering 4,400 hectares

located in south central British Columbia, Canada.
