Vancouver, BC – December 1, 2025 – BRS Resources Ltd. (“BRS” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: BRS) and
Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (“Cariboo Rose”) (TSX-V: CRB) announce results from a four-hole, 1,138-
metre diamond drill program completed in August 2025 at the Cowtrail Project, south-central British
Columbia.
Cowtrail is a 100% Cariboo Rose-owned, 4,717-hectare porphyry copper-gold project contiguous with
the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry project owned by Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSX-V: VCU). The 2025
program targeted the Lea Lake Zone, a southwest- trending mineralized corridor associated with
historic induced polarization anomalies and coinci dent magnetic features extending beyond the
original 2007 discovery intercept.
Results confirm the continuation of porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization, which remains open
along strike and at depth.

Copper Equivalent (CuEq) values represent the comb ined value of copper and gold in one tonne of
rock divided by the value of copper in one tonne grading 1.0% copper, using metal prices of US$4.50/lb
copper and US$3,500/oz gold, without consideration for metallurgical recoveries.
Plan and cross-section diagrams accompanying this release illustrate drill holes completed in the 2025
program. Drill traces and mineralized intervals are shown in full on both views.
Historic drilling and geophysics define a coherent southwest-trending mineralized vector extending
beyond the 2007 discovery hole. Previous significant intercepts include 0.15% Cu and 0.12 g/tAu over
105.0 m (CT23-16[2023]), 0.17% Cu and 0.11 g/t Au ov er 40.0 m (CT2011-12[2011]), and 1.16 g/t Au
over 18.3 m (07-DDH-1[2007]).
Cowtrail occupies a low elevation, flat, coniferous tree covered landscape (much of it logged). Outcrop
is very limited (probably <1% of the total area). A series of stocks, dikes and plugs are confirmed by
drilling over an area measuring approximately 3 kilo metres by 2 kilometres by drill holes targeting
induced polarization anomalies. These intrusive bodies include, diorite, syenite, quartz, monzonite and
quartz feldspar porphyry Many induced polarization anomalies have not yet been drilled.
An unpublished 1991 Cogema Canada Ltd. report documented mineralized biotite diorite and
monzodiorite float associated with a strong circul ar Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI) anomaly several
hundred metres further along this same trend, indi cating additional untested potential within the
corridor. Historic drilling and geophysics define a coherent southwest-trending mineralized vector

g/t Au over 105.0 m (CT23-16[2023]), 0.17% Cu and 0.11 g/t Au over 40.0 m (CT2011-12[2011]), and
1.16 g/t Au over 18.3 m (07-DDH-1[2007]).
Analyses were performed by MSALABS of Langley, BC using ICP multi-element analysis and 30-gram
fire assay. Standards and blanks were inserted by the company and additional samples by the
laboratory and sampling was conducted at approximately 3-metre intervals. Recoveries were generally
>85%. Sample results were verified by the Qualifie d Person by comparing results from the standards
against their posted values. The assay lab completing the work, MSA Labs, is completely independent
from BRS Resources or Cariboo Rose Resources. Drill core, 4.5 cm in diameter, was cut longitudinally
using a diamond tipped saw with one half going into the sample bag and half kept for future work.
