BRS Resources Achieves DTC Eligibilty
VANCOUVER, BC – May 22, 2025 – BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the “ Company” or “ BRS”), (CSE:
BRS), a mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has successfully obtained DTC
(Depository Trust Company) eligibility. This important milestone is set to enhance shareholder value
by providing greater liquidity and accessibility for the Company’s shares, while expanding its
potential investor audience.
Currently, BRS holds a substantial stock position of 1,969,882 shares of Aleanna Inc (ANNA: Nasdaq).
This unique positioning allows the Company to offer significant value to its shareholders as it
leverages the benefits of DTC eligibility. The streamlined trading process will facilitate easier
transaction execution for its shareholders.
