Damara Completes Previously Announced Financing for $175,000

December 17, 2021 TSX-V: DMR

DAMARA GOLD CORP. (TSX-V:DMR) (“ Damara” or the “ Company”), announces it has

completed the previously announced financing (see new release s of December 8, 2021 and

December 6, 2021 ) today wherein the Company has issued 1,944,444 common shares of the

Company issued on a flow-through basis (the “FT Shares”) at a price of $0.09 per FT Share for

gross proceeds of $174,999.96 (the “FT Proceeds”) .

The FT Proceeds will be used for expenditures which qualify as Canadian Exploration Expenses

(“CEE”) within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada). The Company will renounce such

CEE expenditures with an effective date of no later than December 31, 2021.

All securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a statutory four month and one day

hold period expiring on April 18, 2022.
