DAMARA CLOSES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
August 31, 2017 TSX-V: DMR
DAMARA GOLD CORP. (TSX -V:DMR) (“Damara” or the “Company”), reports that it has completed
the non-brokered private placement (the “Placement”) for 5,000,000 units (the “Unit”) at a price of
$0.05 per Unit previously announced on August 3, 2017 for gross proceeds of $250,000 . Each Unit
consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (the “Warrant”). Each
Warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share of the Company at a price of
$0.10 until August 31, 2020.
All securities issued in the Placement are subject to a statutory hold period ending January 1, 2018.
The Company confirms no finders’ fees were paid in connection with the Placement.
Proceeds from this financing shall be used for investigating project acquisitions and general corporate
purposes.
