Barksdale Announces Cancellation of Financing

Barksdale Capital Co rp. (the “Company” or “Barksdale Capital”) TSXV: BRO.H

announces that further to its news release of January 12, 2017, announcing a non-brokered private

placement of up to 3 ,000,000 shares at a price of $0.40 per share to ra ise gross proceeds of up to

$1,200,000, that the Company will not be proceeding with the financing.
