Vancouver, Canada – February 8, 2017 – Blackrock Gold Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV:
BRC) is pleased to announce that it has increased it s non-brokered private placement offering of
units (previously announced on November 21, 2016, and January 12, 2017) from up to 4,000,000
units to 5,666,667 units for gross proceeds of up to $425,000. Other than the increase in the
offering amount, the terms of the offering remain the same as those set out in the January 12,
2017 news release.
The Private Placement securities have not been and will not be registered under the U.S.
Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”), or under any state securities laws, and may
not be offered or sold, directly or indirectly, or delivered within the United States or to, or for the
account or benefit of, U.S. pe rsons (as defined in Regulati on S under the 1933 Act) absent
