Alto to Extend Warrant Terms
NEWS RELEASE
ALTO TO EXTEND WARRANT TERMS
Vancouver, B.C., February 26, 2020. Alto Ventures Ltd. (ATV: TSX-V) (“Alto” or the “Company”) announces that
it will seek approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to reprice and extend the term of all outstanding warrants as
follows:
- 1,775,000 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring April 19, 2020 be repriced to $0.06 and expire April 19,
2021;
- 2,002,857 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring June 4, 2020 be repriced to $0.06 and expire June 4,
2021. Of these warrants 350,000 are held by Insiders of the Company; and
- 1,268,750 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring June 27, 2020 be repriced to $0.06 and expire Jun e 27,
2021. These warrants will also be subject to accelerated expiry in circumstances where the closing price
of the shares for 10 consecutive trading days is $0.075 or greater.
Any broker and/or finder warrants issued in connection with the se financings will not be extended. All other
warrant terms will remain the same.
