Galloper Announces Strategic Investment by Dundee

Precious Metals Inc.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 27, 2025 - Galloper Gold Corp. ( CSE: BOOM; OTC: GGDCF )

(the “Company” or “Galloper”) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered priv ate placement

with Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (“ Dundee” – TSX:DPM) of 5,000,000 common shares of the Company

(“Shares”) at a price of $0.05 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000 (the “Private Placement’).

Under the terms of the Private Placement, the Company and Dunde e will enter into a subscription agreement

for the full amount of the Private Placement. This investment b y Dundee is a strategic investment in the

ongoing operations and development of the Company.

The Company will utilize the proceeds from the Private Placement to fund exploration activities on it’s flagship

Glover Island property, to be commenced in Q3 2025 as well as f unding the working capital needs of the

Company.

No warrants are included in the Private Placement, and no finder’s fees or commissions were paid. The Private

Placement is subject to approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”), and all securities issued under

the Private Placement will be subject to statutory hold periods expiring four months and one day from the date

of closing of the Private Placement, including the new CSE Exchange Hold.
