Erin Ventures Engages Mackie Research for Market
Stabilization and Liquidity Services

Erin Ventures Inc. has retained the services of Mackie Research Capital Corporation (“MRCC”) to provide
market stabilization and liquidity services (the “Services”).
Under the terms of the agreement, compensation for the Services is $3,500 per month plus applicable taxes,
payable quarterly in advance.
