Erin Ventures Comments on Trading Activity

Erin Ventures Inc. ("Erin" or the “Company”) [TSXV: EV] is issuing this news release in response to a request by
the Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (“IIROC”) to comment on recent trading activity of its shares.
As a general policy, Erin does not publicly comment on market speculation and rumours. The Company is not
aware of any material change that would account for recent increase in the trading volume and price of the
Company’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. In the ordinary course, Erin may negotiate or consider
corporate transactions from time to time. The Company will continue to keep the market informed as required but
does not intend to make any further comment or release regarding market speculation.
