Bonanza Mining Corporation Announces Addition of Raymond Marks to Board of Directors

July 10, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia: Bonanza Mining Corporation (“Bonanza” or the

“Company”) (TSX-V: BNZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Raymond Marks as an

independent, non-executive director of the Company, effective July 10, 2025.

Mr. Raymond Marks brings more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and development,

with a particular focus on placer and hard rock gold projects across Western Canada. He is widely

respected in the industry for his operation and on the ground operational expertise, strategic leadership,

and deep-rooted knowledge of the Golden Triangle region.

Mr. Raymond Marks previously served as the Vice President and as a Director of Tudor Gold Corp.,

where he played a key role in advancing their Treaty Creek project. Following his tenure at Tudor, he

joined Hanstone Gold Corp. as its Chief Executive Officer and a Director contributing to its exploration

and corporate development initiatives.
