Bunker Hill Announces Amendments to Outstanding RSUs
KELLOGG, Idaho and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 1, 2025 -- Bunker Hill Mining Corp . (“Bunker Hill ” or the
“Company”) (TSX-V: BNKR |OTCQB: BHLL) announces that, further to its news release dated March 13, 2025, the Company
has further amended the vesting schedule from May 1, 2025 to June 1, 2025 for an aggregate of 3,891,096 restricted stock units
of the Company (as amended, the “RSUs”) previously granted to certain directors and officers under the Company’s amended
and restated restricted stock unit incentive plan (the “ RSU Plan”) on November 2, 2022 , July 4, 2023 and March 13, 2024 ,
respectively.
In addition, the Company wishes to clarify certain disclosure in its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31,
2022 (the “2022 Financial Statements”) by confirming that the RSUs granted on November 17, 2022, as indicated in the 2022
Financial Statements, were granted on November 2, 2022 (the “November 2022 RSUs”), and instead of vesting on November
17, 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively, the first two increments of the November 2022 RSUs vested on March 31, 2023 and
2024, respectively, with the final increment now vesting on June 1, 2025.
The amendments to the RSUs are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”). Each vested RSU entitles
the holder to receive one share of common stock of the Company. A copy of the RSU Plan is available under the Company ’s
profile on SEDAR+.
