Vancouver, British Columbia – (August 19th, 2025) – Battery Mineral Resources Corp. (TSXV:
BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) ("Battery" or “BMR” or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
pursuant to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") bulletin of August 18th, 2025, the common
shares of the Company will resume trading on the TSXV effective August 20th, 2025 at the
opening of trading.
