NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED TO THE BOARD

(Vancouver, January 18, 2018 ): Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. ( “Mineral Mountain” or

the “Company”) (TSXV: “MMV”) (MNRLF: OTCQX) is very pleased to announce the

appointment of Brian Corrall to its Board as a n independent director of the Company. To

accommodate the appointment of the new director, Marshall Bertram will resign from th e Board

of Directors on March 1st, 2018.

“Marshall, is a founder of Mineral Mountain and has played a major role in assembling the

Company’s present property portfolio, its strong technical team and, most recently, a major force

in introducing the Company to the Homestake Gold Belt in South Dakota. An avid golfer and

former hockey player, Marshall is anxious to continue lowering his handicap and enjoying

retirement”, commented Nelson Baker, President and CEO of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd.

Mr. Corrall qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and joined the Institute of Chartered

Accountants of British Columbia in 1976 to work first for De loitte then, over 30 years in the

forest industry in financial and strategic management positions with MacMillan Bloedel and

Weyerhaeuser. Since 2005, he has consulted and worked with start-up companies and projects

including President of CWA Consultants I nc., Chief Financial Officer of GB Energy Holdings

Inc. and currently as a Controller for the TFN Economic Corporation of the Tsawwassen First

Nations. Brian served as an Independent Director of ICN Resources Ltd. (formerly Icon

Industries Ltd. And is currently a Director of Quadro Resources Ltd. (QRO-V).

Chartered Accountant and his liaison with the First Nations will complement our team

The Company also announces that, pursuant to its stock option incentive plan, it has granted

certain employees, directors , and certain individual’s incentive stock options to purchase

1,900,000 common shares at CDN$0.35 up to January 08, 2023.
