(TSX: BIRD) is pleased to announce filing of an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report for its Eagle
Mountain Property, located in Cassiar Mining District, Bri�sh Columbia, with an effec�ve date of December
5, 2023 (the "Eagle Mountain Technical Report").

The Eagle Mountain Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the Canadian Securi�es
Administrators' Na�onal Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101").
The Qualified Person ("QP") for the Eagle Mountain Technical Report are Mr. Carl Schulze and Mr. Bogdan
Catrina both Principal Resource Geologists at Aurora Geosciences Ltd.
