Thunderbird Minerals Corp. Grants Incentive Stock Options
Vancouver, August 11, 2023 – Thunderbird Minerals Corp. (TSXV: BIRD) (the “Company” or
“Thunderbird”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the issuance
of incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 1, 425,000 common shares to directors, officers
and consultants to the Company. The options have a term of five years, with an exercise price of C$0.12
per share and vest immediately.
