Thunderbird Minerals Amends Share Purchase Warrants
VANCOUVER, BC, November 26, 2024, Thunderbird Minerals Corp. ("Thunderbird" or the "Company")
(TSX: BIRD) announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company has
amended the exercise price and expiry date of an aggregate of 382,666 flow -through warrants and
2,201,250 non-flow through warrants that were issued as of June 9, 2023 (collectively, the “ Warrants”),
as follows:
• The original exercise price of the Warrants has been reduced from $0.20 per share to $0.12 per
share; and
• The original expiry date of the Warrants has been extended from June 9, 2025 to June 9, 2026.
