Luis da Silva
has elected to step down from his role as a director and Chairman of
the Company's board of directors, as part of the Company's ongoing drive to retain cash. The

Luis da Silva
have agreed to consider reengaging in the future as market conditions
evolve and the Hercules project continues to grow.
