The Company has amended the terms of lease arrangement for the Ore Sorter with NFS Leasing (“NFS”) to

revise the monthly lease payments. All other terms remain the same. In consideration for amending the terms

of the lease, the Company has agreed to issue 100,00 common shares of the Company to NFS.
