BAYHORSE DIRECTOR PASSES
Bayhorse Silver Inc, (BHS: TSX -V, BHSIF: OTCQB, 7KXN: FRANKFURT) (the “Company”
or “Bayhorse”) regrets to announce that John Cerenzia, a long time and valued Director of Bayhorse,
passed away in Toronto, January 6, 2024.
John made significant contributions to Bayhorse over his time as a Director and will be sorely missed.
Bayhorse Officers and Directors extend our deepest condolences to John’s family and loved ones.
Visitations for John have been entrusted to the DeMarco Funeral Home – Woodbridge Chapel (8003
Weston Road. 905.850.9500) and will commence on Tuesday January 9, 2024 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on, Wednesday January 10, 2024 . Immediately following John’s
service an Entombment Service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge,
On.)
