Bullion Gold Resources Appoints New President & Arranges Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia – August 15, 2017: Bullion Gold Resources Corp . (TSX-V: BGD ) (the

“ Company ”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Cooper has been appointed as the new President and

CEO of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Coop er has over 20 years of extensive business

experience in all facets of corporate development, senior management, finance and operations, in both the

private and public sectors. His experience includes spearheading growth strategies, financial reportin g,

quarterly and annual budgets, overseeing corporate administration, while achieving company objectives

and maintaining internal cost controls. Mr. Cooper has been a director of several private and public

Company’s over the last 20 years.

The Company also announces the terms of a non-broke red private placement. The Company will offer by

private placement up to 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of $600,000. E ach

Unit will consist of one common share of the Compan y and one full share purchase warrant, each full

warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase, f or a period of 12 months from the date of issuance, one

additional common share of the Company at a price o f $0.25 per share. Proceeds of the offering will b e

used for general working capital.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All the securities issue d

under the private placement are subject to resale restrictions under applicable securities legislation.

Mr. Dominic Verdejo has resigned as the President a nd CEO but remains as a member of the board of

directors.

400,000 incentive stock options at an exercise pric e of $0.20 have been granted to Mr. Cooper in

conjunction with his appointment as President and CEO
