Bullion Gold Resources Proposes Debt Settlement

Vancouver, British Columbia – August 3, 2017: Bullion Gold Resources Corp . (TSX-V: BGD ) (the

“ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has agreed, subje ct to the acceptance of the TSX Venture

Exchange, to settle CDN$102,500 worth of debt by th e issuance of 1,366,667 common shares of the

Company at a deemed price of $0.075 per share. All shares issued pursuant to the debt settlement will be

subject to the standard four-month regulatory hold periods.
