BULLION GOLD RESOURCES COMPLETES OPTION OF GOLD CREEK PROPERTY

Vancouver, British Columbia – July 20, 2017: Bullion Gold Resources Corp . (TSX-V: BGD ) (the

“ Company ”) announces that Eureka Resources Inc. (“ Eureka ”) (TSX-V: EUK) has completed all

requirements for an option to acquire the Company’s Gold Creek Property, located in central British

Columbia. Eureka in now holds a 100% interest in the Property, subject to a 1% net smelter returns royalty

in favour of the Company, half of which Eureka can purchase at any time for $1,000,000.
