BULLION GOLD PROVIDES UPDATE ON TRADING HALT, TIER 2 STATUS ON THE TSX

VENTURE EXCHANGE AND REPAYMENT OF LOAN

VANCOUVER, B.C., September 17, 2018 – Bullion Gold Re sources Corp. (TSX -V: BGD) (the

“Company”), announces that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”)

to recommence trading effective September 19, 2018.

As part of the Exchange’s correspondence with the Company, the Exchange has indicated that the

Company has Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements (“CLR”) deficiencies. The deficiencies identified

relate to working capital and activity for a Company classified as a Tier 2 mining issuer . On September

17, 2018, in accordance with section 3.2(b) of Exchange Policy 2.5, the Exchange placed the Company on

notice with an initial deadline of December 14, 2018 (the “ Submission Date”) by which date the

Company is to provide a submission to the Exchange evidencing that it meets Tier 2 CLR . In the event

that the Company does not satisfy CLR by the Submission Date, the Exchange may proceed to transfer

the Company’s listing to NEX without further notice.

The Company further announces that the principal amount of a non-interest bearing loan of $100,000 (the

“Loan”), issued to Vertical Designs Ltd. in conjunction with a proposed reverse takeover transaction

further discussed in a news release dated M arch 6, 2018, will become due as of November 7, 2018 (the

“Maturity Date”). The Company anticipates receiving full payment of the principal amount of the Loan

on or prior to the Maturity Date.
